CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE?

If you would like to add a personalised message, please fill in the MESSSAGE ON VOUCHER box.

HOW DO I ADD/CHANGE A MESSAGE ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE?

Once you have made payment, you will be sent an invoice via email. Please send an email to info@spaghettitree.co.uk quoting your invoice number and message within 24 hours of purchase.

HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY?

A £2 postage fee will automatically be added upon purchase. Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days with The Royal Mail

I WANT TO PURCHASE A DIFFERENT AMOUNT. HOW DO I DO SO?

I HAVE PURCHASED THE WRONG AMOUNT. HOW DO I CHANGE THIS?

Unfortunately we will have to issue a refund. You will then need to restart this process.
