When making a reservation, we require payment card details. There is no payment made to your card, however if you fail to arrive to a reservation or reduce numbers on the day of the event, you will automatically be charged £10 per person. During the month of December and special events (eg. Mother's Day) we require a non-refundable £10 per person deposit, £20 for Christmas Day & NYE.
On Live music evenings, Bookings from 8pm are permitted to stay for the evening. Bookings prior to 8pm have a maximum dining time of 2 hours.
Please note that when visiting our restaurants, you are liable for any damages and breakages as a result of your guests. You accept these terms when making a reservation with us.
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your final bill, compulsory for bookings of 6 or more
Do you have a dress code?
Our dress code is smart/casual. baseball caps, hats, sportswear & workwear are strictly prohibited.
Do you have parking?
There is road side parking outside our Walton branch and a small carpark outside our Warlingham restaurant. If this is full customers are permitted to park in Sainsbury's carpark.
I'm celebrating, can I bring my own cake?
Please note that due to FSA (food standard agency) recommendations, we can only serve cakes brought in from your party if a full allergen and ingredients list is presented prior to your reservation as well as a disclaimer form is signed. This is to prevent any airborn allergies or allergic reactions.
Are children allowed?
We are a family friendly restaurant however it is your responsibility to supervise children at all times. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed after 8pm on Friday & Saturday evenings.
Strictly over 18's
We require a non-refundable £20 per person deposit upon booking. The balance to be paid on arrival before your bottomless time starts.
It is not the staffs reponsibility to let you know when your time has ended
